Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)
The Ministry of Education (MOE) provides financial assistance to needy Singapore citizens so that all Singaporeans, regardless of their financial background, can benefit from the best opportunities in education. Students may apply for this at any time throughout the year.

Important Notes:
Parents applying for MOE FAS should NOT purchase any textbooks or uniforms until they are informed of their FAS application result.
Parents are reminded to apply early as processing takes time. The school will NOT refund any purchases made prior to FAS approval.
